MMT POWER HOUR

Our signature class delivers a total body workout designed to strengthen, condition and tone all muscle groups. Each MMT POWER HOUR will be unique and incorporate cardio, CORE, conditioning, strength training, pyrometric's and TRX. All levels welcome.

YOGA

Flow through simple, non-complicated yoga for beginners, intermediate and advanced yoga students. Engage and stretch core muscles in our warm (not hot) class, just enough heat to keep the muscles warm. Instructors will teach and break down poses so students understand exactly how and what they should be feeling.

CARDIO KICK BOXING

Students will engage with a bag and or partner in this high-intensity cardio punching and kicking workout. An extreme calorie burner, each class is unique, fast-paced and fun! All levels welcome.

CIRCUIT TRAINING

Students will move through 14-18 stations , featuring minute-long high-intensity total body exercises. This class is designed to confuse muscle groups, so they don’t plateau and keep students' engaged.

BOXING

Learn basic, intermediate and advanced striking techniques from world-class Muay Thai Champion Richard Abraham. This high-intensity boxing class will keep you moving, burning and learning from the best. All levels welcome.

MUAY THAI + KICKBOXING

Learn Muay Thai and kickboxing techniques from world-class Muay Thai Champion and professional fighter Richard Abraham. Using state-of-the-art Maximus Muay Thai Boxing bags, this high-paced class will include punching, kneeing, kicking and elbows— also know as the 8 deadly limbs. This is a high-paced learning class for individuals looking for a basic knowledge of the sport and a phenomenal workout.

KIDS MUAY THAI + KICKBOXING

As a father of six, world-class Muay Thai Champion and professional fighter Richard Abraham has passionately designed this fun, high-paced class that builds confidence while teaching kids the basics of self defense, respect, discipline and honor. All levels welcome.

MMT BAG ROUNDS

Developed during Richard's years of competitive fighting and training, this class uses state-of-the-art heavy bags to help students master Muay Thai techniques while increasing cardio strength and endurance.

OPEN GYM

During these hours, the gym will be available to all members to orchestrate their own personal workouts—from Circuit Training to TRX to heavy bag work.

 

MMT TEAM TRAINING
